policies for deposits and returns

By placing a 20% deposit on a vessel, you are entering into a binding contract with Savannah Canoe and Kayak. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred towards the purchase of a different vessel within 30 days of placing the initial deposit.

Used merchandise and vessels are sold as-is, and without warranty. Once a used vessel is picked up by the customer, the sale is final and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Once a new vessel is picked up by the customer, the vessel may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if the customer is dissatisfied.

All returns are subject to a 10% restock fee. Savannah Canoe and Kayak reserves the right to deny any return/refund if the vessel or merchandise in question is not returned in like-new condition. Determination of condition is the sole responsibility of Savannah Canoe and Kayak.
