INTRO TO SUP YOGA

Enjoy the adventure of taking your practice to the water in our Intro to SUP Yoga class. This 2 hour session includes an intro to stand up paddle boarding.. learning how to get on the water, how to stabilize and turn your board, and proper paddling technique. We will paddle out and anchor for a series of creatively linked SUP-specific poses, followed by blissful relaxation on your board. Modifications offered for all ability levels, no experience necessary. 2 hrs - $55 per session or $300 for 6 sessions

 

PRIVATE SUP YOGA CLASSES

Privates are also an option… if you prefer a one on one experience, would like the poses to cater to specific needs, or simply have limited availability, Just give us a call to schedule you in! 2 hrs - $165

 

SUP FIT BOOT CAMP

Just you and nature… paddleboarding and HIIT-style work outs. Looking to get in to shape, try something new, or break your repetitive work out routine? This boot camp platform is just the answer, and all while exploring the beautiful Georgia Coast! 3 hrs - $55 or $300 for 6 sessions
