LITTLE TYBEE KAYAK TRIP -

FULL DAY

View Slideshow!

For adventurous beginner to experienced paddler. Same great place, but much more paddling. We will do a 10 mile circumnavigation of Little Tybee. Along the way, we will have lunch on beaches seldom visited, but frequented often by huge flocks of pelicans, skimmers, terns, and gulls. This trip includes some ocean paddling. The chance of waves and paddling through surf is 'moderate to high' and the possibility of capsize is 'good'. Not for the weak or feeble-minded. You want adventure, you got it!. Includes very tasty lunch.

6 hours - $95 (2 person min)

All you need to bring are your favorite snacks and a desire to relax.  Private group size is from 7 to 16 people.  For ages 2 and up.

ABANDONED LIGHTHOUSE KAYAK TOUR

This trip is truly fascinating for historians, bird watchers or those just looking for a relaxing  paddle. We launch at the Lazarreto creek boat ramp and paddle by what's left of Savannah's shrimp fleet  and into the Savannah river estuary. After a brief circumnavigation, we'll land at the old light beacon and take a closer look. On this route we've seen huge Loggerheads. It's also a great place to see dolphins eagerly waiting for a snack from the shrimp boats, as well as river otter and mink!

3 hour - $55

'THE NARROWS - SAVANNAH'S BACK DOOR SALT MARSH TOUR

A twenty minute drive from downtown brings you to the beautiful, but seldom seen side of Savannah. The kayaking begins at Skidaway Narrows, an old barrier island with no beach, but terrific flora and fauna. We paddle a short stretch along the 'Intercoastal Highway' before cutting into the narrow, meandering, forest fringed creeks...then a little jungle foray to find old Civil War defenses before jumping back into the boats. Always a favorite on this trip is watching the many Osprey as they come and go from their nests. Great birding, great scenery, welcome to the south.

3 hour - $55     6 hour - $95

KAYAK SUNSET TRIP

View Slideshow!

Seeing the sun set over the marsh seems to put everything in perspective. The perfect time of day to go for a paddle. We'll be back before dark...at least that's the plan.

2 hour - $50

FULL MOON PADDLE

With the second largest tides on the east coast, it seems only right to experience the salt marsh by the light of the silvery moon.

2 hours - $50

OSSABAW ISLAND KAYAK TRIP - FULL DAY

Ossabaw Island is a State Heritage Preserve with inland exploration by permission only. There are a few different locations we can launch from, but we most often come down the Ogeechee River, leaving from Fort McAllister. This trip is very beautiful and off the beaten track. We'll even take a detour through "Hell's Gate", just to say we did.

full day - $125

EBENEZER CREEK CANOE OR KAYAK TRIP

Black water cypress swamp...whoaaaa. This is a slow moving creek that empties into the Savannah River alongside the historic Ebenezer settlement. Very beautiful and lush scenery - and a great place to see alligators! "Crikey".

5 hour - $90 (4 person minimum)

HIRE A GUIDE

Hiring a guide promotes safety and allows you to quickly familiarize yourself with the area for future unguided trips.

6 hour - $180 per guide per party (4:1 guide ratio)*

Overnight - $250 per party.*
