Directions to Lazaretto Creek Boat Ramp From Savannah: Follow U.S. Hwy 80 east toward Tybee Island. Cross the Bull River onto McQueen's Island, part of Fort Pulaski National Monument. In approx. 4 miles, pass the entrance to Fort Pulaski on the left. Continue another half-mile to the entrance to Lazaretto Creek Boat Ramp on the right. Follow the drive past the boat ramp to the right; free parking is ahead to the left. From Tybee Island: Follow U.S. Hwy 80 west toward Savannah. Cross the Lazaretto Creek Bridge onto McQueen's Island. The entrance to Lazaretto Creek Boat ramp is approx. one-quarter of a mile beyond the bridge. Turn left into the driveway, and then left again for the parking area. Parking is free. |
